Tonny Meng-Lun Kuo is a graduate student specializing in learning technology and guidance at Institute of Learning Sciences of National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He was a Mandarin teacher at Samantabhadra Institute of Cebu and an EFL teacher in a language school in Taiwan. He now works as research assistant at Ministry of Science and technology and NTHU. His research interests include technology enhanced language learning (TELL), mobile learning and flipped learning.
